A team from the University of Oxford will deploy the Spot quadruped robot to conduct a safe, remote inspection of the void space beneath the reactor at Trawsfynydd nuclear power station. There is limited access to this space so deploying Spot will mean all areas can be inspected using laser scanning and gamma radiation imaging.
